Eddie Hall takes on £1million battle as he signs up for Netflix show

The World Strongest Man legend is set to take on a new challenge

Former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall has signed up for a reality show with the chance to bag a massive £1million prize. The 38-year-old has joined season three of the Netflix series 'Inside'.

The programme sees ten contestants confined inside a house for a week whilst being monitored constantly. They're then set challenges to complete in order to avoid elimination from the competition.

The victor walks away with the prize money. However, there's a cunning twist as the £1m prize fund gets reduced every time a contestant wants to buy everyday luxuries, such as having a shower.

Hall will be accompanied by nine other celebrity contestants including content creators and former reality TV personalities. The 2017 World Strongest Man has remained busy with multiple projects since retiring from strongman competitions.

Hall launched a career in combat sports, taking on strongman rival Hafthor Bjornsson in the boxing ring. He's also tried his hand at arm wrestling and wrestling in recent years.

Hall also took merely 30 seconds to ruthlessly defeat five-time World Strongest Man and KSW heavyweight champion Marius Pudzianowski. Hall entered the contest with no background in elite mixed martial arts whilst Pudzianowski possessed a record of 17-10 having joined the sport in 2009.

"Shocked myself to be honest," Hall said after the fight. "Mariusz is a formidable opponent, but like I said, I've got the hardest punch on the planet."

The five-time Britain's Strongest Man champion even revealed he's keen to take on Jake Paul in the ring. Hall made the dramatic call-out following the influencer's recent defeat to Anthony Joshua daily-mirror-icon_sport_other-sports_eddie-hall.

When questioned about whether he'd be willing to face Paul, Hall replied: "Yeah, of course. Good payday. I'd fight him in boxing, yeah. I think it would be a tough little bout actually. People play him down and people love to hate on Jake Paul but I actually quite like the kid.

"Some of the fights he's taken, people say he only fights old men and whatever else, minus the Mike Tyson fight, but all the others are legitimately good fighters.

"Good scrappers and he went in and held his own. Even Tommy Fury. Tommy Fury is a decent level boxer and he lost to Tommy but not by much.

"It wasn't like a beatdown. It was a good scrap. So fair preps to Jake Paul and no doubt he's improved a lot since then as well."

The strongman, nicknamed 'The Beast', went even further by suggesting he'd happily fight both Paul brothers simultaneously.

Speaking in 2025 he claimed: "Jake Paul and Logan Paul, I'd love to get them in a cage together. I think it would be very uneven, 100 per cent [I would kick their a**], powerbomb, smack them straight across the jaw. That's it."
